I took my boys to their well baby check-ups this week.
This was the first time I've done it all by myself.
I know there are lots of mamas out there who routinely make these trips with 4 or 5 kids in tow, but still I was a little nervous about the logistics of juggling my two.
Also, I did accidentally lock Eli in the car at his 1-week appointment, so I feel like I might already be on the "bad parent" list, I'm hoping to work my way off :)
I put Eli in the Ergo and held on tight to Max's hand...we survived it, shots and all!

| Fun at the pediatricians office! |
I love our pediatrician. She also has two boys about 19 months apart (and then a girl 27 months later ;) ), so she completely understands the dynamics of two little boys. She examined them side by side and declared them to be two peas in a pod. Both have heads and height at the very top of the chart, and weights at about 85%. They both have long torsos and big feet, they even have matching birth marks.
She went on and on about how cute they are, and how advanced they are. Our doctor knows just how to tickle and mothers heart :)
Most importantly both boys are healthy and thriving. For this, we are so very grateful.

After the doctor, we stopped by April's house for a visit. Max was introduced to the cutest little white doggy name Bella, and he has been talking about her ever since :D
