A few snapshots

It's been a quiet week around here...we retreated indoors as the first snow came.
Here are a few recent instagram pictures of our happenings...

Max was so very proud of this moment.
He said, "Look Mommy, I holding brother."
Sweet sweet boy.

Jazzercise with Eli!
Eli continues to enjoy his new found mobility.
He turned 7-months old this week (hold tight for a post on that!)...
He is getting to be such a big guy!

Eli fell asleep in his high chair at dinner.
I'm still amazed by his ability to do this.
Max never fell asleep anywhere ever without a very complicated routine of nursing/rocking/bouncing/praying/singing.

We had a couple of playdates this week. One day we soaked up a little sunshine while the boys ran in the open field at Chatfield and we also spent one afternoon over at April's house (aka Max's favorite place in the whole entire world to go). The little guys snoozed together on the couch.

Max proudly modeled this adorable tutu that April made. He was actually very gentle with it and he seemed to really like wearing it.
It was fun to see him getting in touch with his feminine side :)

Daddy took both boys to the grocery store and gave Mommy a break. Have I mentioned that I love this man? Even better, he let the boys zoom around in the fun cart and sent me this picture to let me know that all was well <3

These two.
There is just nothing like seeing them love on each other.
I am so very grateful for these quiet ordinary days.

Cheers to the upcoming weekend!
