A tale of two dragons...

Well, the plan was to have the boys dress up as a knight and a dragon this year...

As you are about to see, we ended up with two dragons because a certain someone refused to wear any costume except for one identical to his big brother's (we tried everything, we really did).

For the record, Eli was an incredibly adorable knight, aside from the kicking and screaming. 

One of Julian's co-workers has 5 boys and he warned us about this when I was pregnant with Eli, he said to just buy two of the same costume, preferably Spiderman. We took it to heart, but we thought we had one more year of cute themed costumes, not so! 

In any case, Halloween is one of my favorite times of year to take pictures...I love the imaginative quality of the costumes. I've learned to take "important" pictures well in advance of the actual event so we took our costume pictures this weekend.
