I am happy to report that since we have (mostly) finished putting our yard in, we now get to use the neighborhood amenities. This means that we can walk down to the pool and splash in the water whenever we want to this summer!
We made our first visit today along with our awesome playgroup.

Max and Liam had been playing together all morning and they both fell asleep on the walk down to the pool, sweet boys.
I hung out in the shade with Eli while our buddies checked out the pools. Max ventured into the water for a bit but didn't want to get too far from his Mama. He is such a tough little guy, it's nice to have him need me every now and then.
A great day with some great friends.
Plus the best bonus of a playdate out in the sun - the long nap Max took afterwards :)
